Password Reset Instructions
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password online or through the Jason’s Deli app by following the steps below.
Resetting your password online:
- Visit https://order.jasonsdeli.com/#/
- Click “OK” on the Location and Date pop-up window.
- In the upper right hand corner of your screen, click on the Profile icon
- Login to your Account
- In the Profile menu, select “Account Settings.”
- On the User Details tab, click “Change Password.”
- Enter your old password and your new password.
- New passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters and include a capital letter, lowercase letter, number and special character.
If you are not logged in and/or do not have your current password:
- Visit https://order.jasonsdeli.com/#/
- Click “OK” on the Location and Date pop-up window.
- In the upper right hand corner of your screen, click on the Profile icon
- Login to your Account.
- Click the Forgot Password tab.
- Enter your email address and click “Submit.”
- You will be emailed a link to reset your password. Select the link in your email to complete the process. (Note: If you do not receive the email, please ensure you've approved to receive emails from jasonsdeli.com and checked folders such as 'Spam' or 'Junk'. )
- If the Location and Date pop up window appears, click “OK” and proceed to the password reset screen
- Enter and confirm your new password and then press "Submit".

Resetting your password through the Jason’s Deli App:
- Select "Profile" at the bottom of the screen.
- Select “Change Password.”
- Enter your old password, then enter and confirm your new password and then press "Update".
- New passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters and include a capital letter, lowercase letter, number and special character.

- Tap "Forgot Password?"
- Enter the email address associated with your account and then press "Send Instructions."
- You will be emailed a link to reset your password. Select the link in your email to complete the process. (Note: If you do not receive the email, please ensure you've approved to receive emails from jasonsdeli.com and checked folders such as 'Spam' or 'Junk'. )
- If the Location and Date pop up window appears, click “OK” and proceed to the password reset screen
