Password Reset Instructions

How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password online or through the Jason’s Deli app by following the steps below.

Resetting your password online:

  • Visit https://order.jasonsdeli.com/#/
  • Click “OK” on the Location and Date pop-up window.
  • In the upper right hand corner of your screen, click on the Profile icon
  • Login to your Account
  • In the Profile menu, select “Account Settings.”
  • On the User Details tab, click “Change Password.”
  • Enter your old password and your new password.
  • New passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters and include a capital letter, lowercase letter, number and special character.

If you are not logged in and/or do not have your current password:

  • Visit https://order.jasonsdeli.com/#/
  • Click “OK” on the Location and Date pop-up window.
  • In the upper right hand corner of your screen, click on the Profile icon
  • Login to your Account.
  • Click the Forgot Password tab.
  • Enter your email address and click “Submit.”
  • You will be emailed a link to reset your password. Select the link in your email to complete the process. (Note: If you do not receive the email, please ensure you've approved to receive emails from jasonsdeli.com and checked folders such as 'Spam' or 'Junk'. )
  • If the Location and Date pop up window appears, click “OK” and proceed to the password reset screen
  • Enter and confirm your new password and then press "Submit".
  • New passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters and include a capital letter, lowercase letter, number and special character.

Resetting your password through the Jason’s Deli App:

  • Select "Profile" at the bottom of the screen.
  • Select “Change Password.”
  • Enter your old password, then enter and confirm your new password and then press "Update".
  • New passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters and include a capital letter, lowercase letter, number and special character.

If you are not logged in and/or do not have your current password:

  • Tap “Sign In”
  • Tap "Forgot Password?"
  • Enter the email address associated with your account and then press "Send Instructions."
  • You will be emailed a link to reset your password. Select the link in your email to complete the process. (Note: If you do not receive the email, please ensure you've approved to receive emails from jasonsdeli.com and checked folders such as 'Spam' or 'Junk'. )
  • If the Location and Date pop up window appears, click “OK” and proceed to the password reset screen
  • Enter and confirm your new password and then press "Submit".
